Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your Rasa Fit account and all the data associated with it.

What gets deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently remove all of the following:

  • —Your account and sign-in identity (name, email, Google profile).
  • —Your biometrics — height, weight, date of birth, sex, and activity level.
  • —All food and nutrition logs, including meal descriptions and macro history.
  • —Your weight tracking and water intake entries.
  • —Any daily coaching notes generated for you.
  • —Your achievements, referral code, and any invitations you sent or received.
  • —How you found us — the link, campaign or advertisement that led to your install.
  • —The context recorded when you signed up: IP address, and your device and operating system details.
  • —The install record created when the app first opened.

Voice recordings are never stored — they are discarded immediately after transcription, so there is nothing to delete.

We keep encrypted nightly backups for 30 days before they expire. Your data is removed from the live service straight away; it leaves those backups as they roll off.

If anyone at Rasa Fit looked up your account, or deleted it for you at your request, we keep a record of that access: who did it and when, against an internal account number rather than your name or email, and with none of your logged data. It is kept for 180 days so our staff remain accountable, then deleted automatically.

The fastest way: do it yourself

Open the app and go to More → Delete account and data. It takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period and no request to approve. You can download everything you have logged from the same screen, before you delete it.

If you cannot open the app — you have uninstalled it, lost the device, or cannot sign in — email us using the form below and we will do it for you. Deletion is permanent either way: you will need to create a new account to use Rasa Fit again.
